Southern Railways a division of Indian Railways has announced the extension of a stoppage at Oddanchatram railway station for Amritha Express operating between Thiruvanathapuram and Madurai. The train no. 16343 and 16344 operating with tag line Amritha Express between Thiruvananthapuram and Madurai will have a stoppage at Oddanchatram until further advice is issued by Southern Railways.
Previously, there was a temporary stoppage from 16th June 2022 to 16th September 2022 in Oddanchatram which has been extended now until further advice.
Train no.16343 will arrive in Oddanchatram every day at 7:49 am and depart at 7:50 am during its journey from Thiruvananthapuram to Madurai. The train no. 16344 will arrive at 5:30 pm and depart at 5:31 pm during its journey from Madurai to Thiruvanthapuram.
Oddanchatram railway station connects the people of Dharapuram and Dindigul. The service can be reserved with Oddanchatram as a boarding or dropping point until further advice.
