Train No. 06029 Mettupalayam to Tirunelveli weekly special train operated by Southern Railways, will now have a additional stoppage at Podanur Junction with effect from 5th August 2022.
The train will depart from Mettupalayam Junction at 7:45 pm and arrive in Tirunelveli next day morning at 7:45 am, enroute the destination the train will stop at 8:53 pm in Podanur Junction.
The stoppage will be a beneficial for public traveling from South Coimbatore as they dont need to reach Coimbatore Junction.
